The AquaShield was designed and built for food, chemical and industrial environments that require high pressure washdown capabilities. Available in IP65 and IP69K ratings, the AquaShield provides the ultimate in durability, accessibility, cleanout and provides functionality and programmability when paired with our T400 indicator line.

High Pressure Washdown. The AquaShield is available with an IP65 rating and the AquaShield Max has an IP69K rating making it ideal for extreme high pressure washdown environments. Constructed of heavy-duty stainless steel and a rigid frame ensures the longevity of the AquaShield!

All-In-One. We’ve created a complete scale package that includes a scale base, column, and T400 Series indicator, depending on your washdown needs, for instant plug-and-play. Pair with a T403S indicator for a complete IP69K washdown package, also known as the AquaShield Max. 

Fast and Efficient Drainage. The Aqueduct Drainage System (ADS) includes specialized drainage holes on all sides of the load cell and formed channel that prevents water accumulation and material build up in the corners of the scale.

Confident in Cleanliness. Along with the ADS, the AquaShield and AquaShield Max are both made of heavy-duty stainless-steel making them easy to clean for the utmost hygienic standards and include FDA compliant feet. These bench scales are ideal for any industry that needs washdown and high pressure washdown capabilities.

Available Today. The AquaShield and AquaShield Max are available in three sizes 10” x 10”, 12” x12” and 18’ x 18”. Each size is available as a standalone scale base or an all-in-one package that includes column and T400 Series indicator. These scales are available and in stock today!
