It is commonly utilized in metal processing industries for weighing steel coils, slabs, billets, bars, and rods. These scales are built with a rugged structural steel weighbridge allowing them to handle weights ranging from 20,000 lbs to an impressive 120,000 lbs. The precision and reliability of the double-ended shear beam load cells ensure legal-for-trade accuracy even in extreme industrial conditions. Additionally, the HI-IMPACT scales can be supplied with a V-DECK for coil positioning, a fully self-contained portability frame or rails built into the weighbridge for coil-car weighing applications.
